• Profile information: height, weight, occupation, location and nationality. This information is optional, and you may choose not to provide it.
• User-generated content: comments, text messages, voice messages, photos, videos and other content you upload or publish on the Platform ("Content").
• Facial data: If you apply to become a certified streamer or complete real-name authentication (including gender and avatar verification) to access additional benefits, we will collect your profile photo and facial recognition video to verify your identity, provided you grant your consent. This verification prevents impersonation and fake accounts, and protects the legitimate rights of all users. We do not store your facial recognition video on our servers; it is used solely for verification purposes and will not be reused for any other reason.
• Purchase data: When you complete a transaction, we record transaction details including purchased items, transaction dates and prices. The specific data collected depends on your chosen payment method. If you pay directly through our Platform (rather than third-party systems such as iOS or Android), you will provide your debit card, credit card or other financial information.
• Marketing, survey and research data: We occasionally run surveys, focus groups, market research, promotions, events and contests. If you participate, we collect information to process your entry, your survey responses and feedback. We may also collect your email address and phone number to conduct follow-up research.
• Customer support data: When you contact our support team, we collect information needed to resolve your inquiry. We may also receive queries or reports about you from other users. Our moderation team and tools may collect additional data during related investigations.

Information we obtain from other sources

We may receive the categories of information listed above from third parties, including:

• Social media platforms: If you register or log in using a third-party social media account (such as Facebook, X, Instagram or Google), we may collect your social media nickname, user ID and profile image. • Payment services: To process and verify user recharge and payment activities.

Please note: Any personal information, posts, comments, videos or other content you publish on the Platform will be visible to all users. "Ping!" cannot prevent such content from being reposted on other third-party platforms. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information while using our Services. We are not responsible for any information you choose to publish publicly.

Service Providers and Business Partners

• Cloud service providers: To provide data storage services.
• Payment service providers: To process your transactions. All sensitive payment information (including card numbers, payment passwords and CVV codes) is collected and processed solely by your chosen payment provider.
• Advertising and attribution partners: We display third-party advertisements on our Platform and promote our Services on external websites and apps. To improve ad relevance, we may share limited information with advertising partners, or allow them to collect data via cookies, SDKs and similar technologies. Some partners will convert your email address, advertising ID or phone number into an anonymized identifier. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally, and is used only to exclude you from marketing campaigns or to target ads to users with similar interests and usage habits.
• Data analytics and security providers: To count active users, run data analysis, identify fraudulent behavior and maintain platform safety.
• Other business partners and vendors: We share data with third parties that assist us with platform operation, promotion and improvement, including data hosting, customer support, legal services and security management.

Within Our Corporate Group

We may share your information with our parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated entities to improve our Services. All group companies receiving your personal data are required to comply with this Policy.

Business Transfers

In the event of a corporate transaction involving our business, such as a merger, acquisition or change of entity, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity in accordance with applicable laws.

We will cooperate with law enforcement requests from inside and outside your country of residence. If we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect our legal rights or those of third parties, we may disclose your information and waive applicable legal objections.

IV. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, you hold the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access, correct and erase your data; the right to restrict data processing; the right to withdraw consent; the right to data portability; the right to confirm whether we process your personal data; and the right to request a review of automated decisions generated from data processing. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising any of these rights.

After verifying your identity, we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in compliance with relevant laws. We may decline your request under the following circumstances, where permitted by law:

• The request may harm your personal safety, property or other legitimate rights, or infringe upon the rights of other users or individuals.
• The request would seriously disrupt our normal business operations.
• The request violates applicable laws and regulations.
• We cannot verify your identity.
• We are legally entitled to refuse the request.

If you no longer wish to use "Ping!", or withdraw your consent for us to process personal data required to deliver Services, you may delete your account by following these steps:

1. Open "Ping!"
2. Tap Me > Settings > Account and Safety > Delete account
3. Select "Request deletion" or "Think twice"

Data Retention After Account Closure

• Safety retention period: We retain your data for three months after account closure, or one year after an account ban. This data is used to investigate illegal or harmful conduct, to protect all users and potential victims.
• Legal compliance retention: We keep transaction records for 10 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Credit card information is retained for the duration of any potential transaction disputes. Platform access logs are kept for one year. Records of user consent are retained for five years to prove compliance with legal rules.
• Legitimate interest retention: Customer support communications are stored for six years. Relevant support records and general location data from downloads or purchases are kept for five years to support safety management, customer service and legal defense. Records of past accounts and subscriptions are deleted three years after your final account closes. Basic profile data is retained for one year in anticipation of potential litigation. We also retain limited data to prevent banned users from creating new accounts, for as long as necessary to protect our community.
• Outstanding claims and disputes: We will retain relevant data if there is an ongoing or potential claim, dispute, subpoena or legal proceeding, to fulfill our legal obligations.

Where legally allowed, we may retain and use anonymized data that cannot identify you personally to improve our Services, develop new features and maintain platform security.

V. Data Storage and Transfer

"Ping!" is a global platform with servers located in multiple countries, including the United States. We may store your personal information outside your country or region of residence. We will take appropriate measures to ensure your data is processed and protected in line with applicable laws, including signing legally binding contractual safeguards.

We store your personal data only for the period required by laws and regulations. Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your information.

VI. Security

We have implemented reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized alteration. We use secured servers and firewalls to safeguard data confidentiality, and our technical team works continuously to protect your account security.

Please note that no website or online data transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee there will never be unauthorized access, hacking, data leakage or other security breaches. All data transmitted to our Platform is sent at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

How you can protect your information

Do not share your account password with any third party. If your password is lost or leaked, your personal information may be compromised. Please contact our Online Customer Service immediately and change your password via the Settings page. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your password, and such conduct may violate our Terms and Conditions.

VII. Cookies and other technologies

We use small data files called Cookies to ensure our Platform functions properly, a standard practice for most application developers. A Cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you use our Platform. It remembers your actions and preferences to improve your user experience.

You may adjust your browser settings to accept or reject Cookies. If you disable Cookies, some Platform functions may not work fully, which will affect your overall experience.

VIII. Information relating to minors

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO MINOR USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY UNDER LOCAL LAW). We do not knowingly or deliberately collect or retain the personal information of individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority under local law). If we learn that personal information of individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority under local law) has been collected on or through our Services, we will take appropriate measures to delete such information and delete the corresponding account.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPERVISE AND MANAGE YOUR CHILD'S USE OF OUR SERVICES. IF A MINOR PROVIDES FALSE INFORMATION AND CLAIMS TO BE OF LEGAL AGE, YOU, AS THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN, WILL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SUCH MISREPRESENTATION. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS TO EDUCATE THEIR CHILDREN ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF ONLINE SAFETY AND TO MONITOR THEIR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH OUR POLICIES AND APPLICABLE LAWS.

Prohibited Content and Activities

We strictly ban content and advertisements that:

• Promote dating involving minors.
• Use misleading imagery or text to misrepresent our target users.
• Promote paid companionship, dating or sexual services.
• Advertise exploitative or deceptive dating services.
• Promote mail-order spouse services.

Prevention of harm to children

We prohibit any use of our Platform that endangers children, including but not limited to:

• Sexualization of minors (including content encouraging or facilitating child sexual exploitation).
• Sextortion (blackmail using minors’ intimate content).
• Child trafficking (soliciting or advertising minors for commercial sexual exploitation).

X. Disclaimer

Our instant messaging function lets you communicate with other users. We recommend you carefully evaluate information shared by other users. Do not post sensitive personal details on your profile, including email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, full names, physical addresses, payment information, ID numbers and driver’s license details, as this information may be abused.

We also advise caution when posting details about your religion, health status or other private information. You may voluntarily provide your sexual preferences or ethnic background during profile setup, but we do not actively collect this information. Any photos or videos you upload may reveal sensitive data, and you consent to our processing of this information by posting it. You publish all such content at your own risk. We reserve the right to disable your account if you post content that violates our Terms and Conditions or this Policy.
