Restrictions, liability exemption clauses and other terms involving your major rights and interests may be highlighted in bold for your attention.
Ping! provides services to users aged 18 or above, or persons who have reached the age of majority under local applicable laws. If you are under 18 years of age or have not attained the local age of majority, please cease using our products and services immediately. If you are a legal guardian and discover minors under your care are using our products and services, please notify us promptly, and we will respond and handle the matter in a timely manner.
Ping! respects the protection of minors' rights in all regions and strictly complies with local laws concerning minor protection. We have adopted multiple measures to safeguard minors in accordance with the principle of minor protection. Ping! has set up a dedicated complaint mailbox: contact@ping-date.com. If you find any content, minor users, or acts on Ping! that may harm or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors, please contact us in a timely manner. Upon receiving your feedback and complaints related to minors, Ping! will conduct handling strictly within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
When using Ping! services, you shall abide by local laws and regulations and respect local ethics and customs. You shall bear sole liability for any violation of laws or ethics arising from your conduct. You shall not involve Ping! in public incidents caused by your use of our services. Otherwise, Ping! reserves the right to suspend or terminate service provision to you, and promptly cooperate with all investigations and inquiries conducted by competent authorities. We also reserve the right to claim compensation from you for resulting losses.
This agreement covers the following:
Ping!'s Terms and Conditions, Ping!'s Privacy Policy, other agreements released by Ping!, as well as future newly issued agreements and rules, constitute an integral part of this Agreement and collectively form the complete agreement. We recommend you review all relevant documents regularly and carefully.
This Agreement is entered into by NexaConnect INC (hereinafter referred to as "Ping!", "we", "us" or "our") and users of Ping! (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you"). Your use of Ping! shall be deemed your full understanding and acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to abide by all its terms. If you do not accept this Agreement, we cannot provide services to you, and you shall stop using Ping! immediately.
Ping! may revise and update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of updated terms via appropriate means including in-site messages. If you disagree with the revised provisions, please stop using relevant services immediately. Your continued use of Ping! after the update takes effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
As a social platform, Ping! provides users with services including swiping, matching and chatting, and is committed to building a friendly, equal and healthy online interactive community.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive non-commercial right to use Ping!. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us. You shall not use Ping! in any unauthorized manner without our prior written approval.
You may visit Ping!'s official website, or download and install Ping! from our authorized application stores. We develop different application versions for different terminal devices. Please download and install the official version of Ping! compatible with your device.
You shall prepare your own mobile phones and other terminal devices to use Ping!. You need to connect your device to the network to access all functions of Ping!, and you shall bear all relevant network access fees and data charges.
You shall use Ping!'s products and services legally and properly only in regions where Ping! has officially launched services, and comply with all local applicable laws. If you use Ping! outside officially launched regions, you shall ensure full compliance with local laws and assume all corresponding risks and liabilities.
We may update or modify our products and services from time to time to improve user experience, ensure normal platform operation, maintain platform security and meet compliance requirements. Such updates include but are not limited to service modification, upgrade, suspension, termination, release of new services and software replacement. You may choose whether to install updates as needed. Failure to update may cause partial functions of Ping! to be restricted or malfunction. We may send update reminders to you for better use experience.
We provide account registration services. You may register a Ping! account with your mobile phone number, or register and log in via authorized third-party platform accounts that you legally own. You shall ensure all linked third-party accounts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
We do not provide account registration services for minors. If you are a minor, please stop registration and use immediately. Once we discover a minor using an account, we will take corresponding measures including but not limited to service suspension and account ban.
To provide better social services and maintain a genuine interactive community, we recommend you submit true and valid information such as profile photo, age and gender during registration. You warrant that you will not provide false personal information. If your submitted information is inaccurate, untrue, illegal or deemed suspicious by us, we have the right to require you to correct or supplement information, and may refuse to provide services. For security reasons, you may not modify initial registration and verification information.
Your Ping! account is for your exclusive use only. You are prohibited from gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling or otherwise allowing others to use your account. If we have reasonable grounds to believe the account user is not the registered owner, we may suspend or terminate services to protect account security.
You shall keep your Ping! account and password secure and confidential. You may set a login password via the Change Password function, and we recommend binding your mobile phone number to enhance account security. If you lose your account or forget your password, you may apply for recovery through our official appeal channels. We only verify whether the information submitted in the appeal matches system records, and cannot verify the actual identity of the applicant. All losses arising from improper custody of your account or password shall be borne by you. If you detect unauthorized account access or other security risks, please notify us immediately and change your password.
You shall bear all legal liabilities for all activities conducted under your Ping! account, including but not limited to liabilities arising from content posting, payment and other operations.
You may apply for account cancellation online via Me - Settings - Account and Security - Cancel Account - Apply for Cancellation, or submit a cancellation request by email. Please refer to the cancellation page for relevant terms and consequences. Account cancellation will revoke all your account permissions, so please operate with caution. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your account information, unless local laws, regulations or relevant provisions specify otherwise on data retention and processing.
A cancelled account cannot be used for login, and no related content or information can be recovered. You shall still be liable for all acts conducted via the account prior to cancellation.
If you violate this Agreement or local laws, or engage in any conduct deemed risky by Ping!, we may take emergency measures against your account without prior notice, including but not limited to restriction, ban and freeze. You shall bear all risks resulting from abnormal account use caused by your improper conduct.
Ping! is committed to building a civilized, rational, friendly and high-quality communication environment. When publishing voice, text, video and other content on Ping!, you shall not publish the following content:
(1) Content containing profanity, offensive, harassing, disturbing, embarrassing or annoying language towards others;(2) Obscene, pornographic content or content that infringes upon human dignity;(3) Abusive, insulting or threatening content, or content advocating racism, sexism, hatred or prejudice;(4) Content encouraging illegal acts including terrorism and incitement to racial hatred;(5) Defamatory statements;(6) Content related to commercial activities including sales, competitions, advertisements, external links and paid phone numbers;(7) Spam messages;(8) Content containing spyware, viruses, corrupted files, worms, Trojans and other malicious code designed to damage or interfere with software, hardware, communication facilities, networks, servers or steal data and personal information;(9) Content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights and portrait rights;(10) Content indicating drug use;(11) Content containing sexual harassment or sexual innuendo;(12) Content involving violence or self-harm, or content encouraging others to engage in dangerous acts that may cause personal injury or death;(13) Content displaying minors’ videos, voices or other information, or content involving inappropriate interaction with minors;(14) Content that may lead to minor abuse, sexual abuse, enticement or other harmful consequences;(15) Content related to gambling, abortion, weapons and explosive articles;(16) Content related to underage dating;(17) Content related to paid companionship, dating or sexual acts;(18) Content providing exploitative dating, mail-order spouse matching or deceptive dating services;(19) Content providing casual dating, extramarital dating and related services;(20) Content related to sexual fetish dating;(21) Live stream or chat content containing nudity, partial nudity or sexually suggestive content;(22) Any other negative or inappropriate content determined by Ping! in accordance with applicable laws.
You shall not engage in the following acts when using Ping!:
(1) Conduct inappropriate interaction with minors;(2) Sexualize minors, including creating or spreading content that may lead to minor sexual exploitation;(3) Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing others by using minors’ private intimate images;(4) Child trafficking, including soliciting minors for commercial sexual exploitation;(5) Illegal network intrusion, data theft and other acts endangering network security;(6) Reverse engineer our products, attempt to obtain source code, or bypass access restrictions of our services;(7) Circumvent content filtering technology or access unauthorized functions and areas of our services;(8) Interfere with the normal operation of systems or websites, or intentionally spread malicious programs and viruses;(9) Malicious batch account registration or submission of false registration information;(10) Engage in harassing, threatening, intimidating or stalking behavior against others;(11) Develop, produce or distribute tools and methods for the above prohibited acts, regardless of commercial purposes;(12) Other acts that violate this Agreement, applicable laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights of other users or interfere with the normal operation of Ping!.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all content on Ping!, and assume no liability for user-generated content. We do not guarantee the security of content you upload and publish. Please protect your personal privacy and do not disclose sensitive information such as your mobile phone number and residential address to other users.
You shall be fully responsible for your own conduct. Ping! may take the following measures without prior notice against any acts violating laws or this Agreement based on reasonable judgment:
(1) Delete content or disconnect relevant links;(2) Take emergency measures such as account ban;(3) Suspend or terminate all or part of services, and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.
If your conduct constitutes a criminal offense, we will report the relevant situation to competent authorities and cooperate with investigations.
You shall be fully responsible for your own conduct. We may disclose your relevant information to any third party who claims that the content you published infringes their legitimate rights, and you shall bear all liabilities arising therefrom.
If your improper conduct causes Ping! to receive complaints, claims or administrative penalties, you shall compensate Ping! for all resulting losses.
If you find any account engaging in prohibited acts on Ping!, please file a complaint with us, and we will accept and handle the complaint promptly.
You may need to provide your personal information when using Ping! for us to deliver services and technical support. Please refer to Ping!'s Privacy Policy for detailed rules on personal information protection.
To use Ping!'s paid services, you shall complete payment via third-party payment tools accepted by Ping!. You shall also abide by the service rules of relevant third-party payment providers and use supported payment methods and currencies.
Third-party payment tools may collect your information to complete payment transactions and comply with international, national, state and local laws and regulations.
We do not guarantee the security, accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of third-party payment tools, and assume no liability for any disputes or losses arising from your use thereof.
For internet product characteristics, all completed payments for paid services such as membership are non-revocable and non-refundable.
All purchased paid services shall only be used for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You warrant that all funds used to purchase paid services are legally sourced.
If you subscribe to auto-renewal services, fees will be charged to your designated payment method until you cancel the subscription. Price adjustments will not affect ongoing subscriptions, and no supplementary fees will be charged. New prices will apply to your next purchase or auto-renewal. To cancel auto-renewal, please follow the guidance under Help - How to Cancel Automatic Renewal. Cancellation shall be completed at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires; otherwise, auto-renewal billing will continue. Discontinuing use of Ping!, deleting your account or uninstalling the application will not terminate your subscription. No refund will be issued for unused service duration if you stop using paid services midway.
Ping! owns all intellectual property rights of its products and services, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio and video. We hold all copyrights and patents for the software used to provide services.
You shall not use Ping!'s trademarks, trade names, domain names, logos and other brand elements without prior written consent. You shall not apply for registration of the above brand elements alone or in combination. You shall bear all legal liabilities for any losses caused by unauthorized use.
All content you publish on Ping! shall be original or used with legal authorization. You grant us a global, free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right to use all content you upload and publish. We may protect the intellectual property of such content by ourselves or entrust a third party in accordance with the above authorization.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure service continuity and security, we do not warrant that:
(1) The services will always be secure and error-free;(2) The services will operate normally without delay or interruption;(3) All content and information on Ping! is timely and accurate;(4) The services can fully meet your requirements.
We assume no liability for losses arising from the following circumstances:
(1) Force majeure and other factors beyond our reasonable control;(2) Service adjustment, temporary or permanent suspension implemented by us;(3) Deletion or damage of content you upload or publish;(4) Inaccurate account information, service abuse or violation of this Agreement by you;(5) Circumstances where we have fulfilled our duty of care;(6) Limitations caused by existing technical conditions.
Under no circumstances shall Ping! be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, regardless of the cause or legal basis, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such losses.
Our total aggregate liability to any user, regardless of the cause or form of claim, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for our services.
Any claim or legal action arising from your use of Ping! or this Agreement shall be filed within one year after the cause of action occurs; otherwise, such claim or action shall be barred forever.

Each clause of this Agreement is independent. If any clause is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
This Agreement is formulated in English. In case of any conflict between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
