Ping! Child Safety Policy
Ping! maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all acts of child abuse, exploitation and sexualization. Any user who fails to comply with the below minor protection policies (minors refer to individuals under the age of 18) will have their account removed from Ping!, and relevant matters may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
Policies
Age Restriction
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use Ping!.
- Falsifying age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
Ping! deploys automated and manual review systems to detect underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Circumventing these detection systems is forbidden. The prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sexualization of Minors and CSEA
- Sharing, creating or distributing content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- Content that sexualizes minors, including related discussions, sexualized role-play and depictions of minors in sexually suggestive attire, is prohibited.
- Any form of content depicting minor nudity or the sexualization of minors, including artistic works such as drawings and animations, is not allowed.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
- Making threats, inciting physical violence against minors, or committing violent acts toward minors.
- Engaging in psychological abuse, coercion or manipulation of minors.
- Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities.
- Promoting or depicting child neglect or child trafficking.
Underage Appearance on the Platform
- Minors appearing in live streams, videos or any other form of published content is strictly prohibited.
- Creating or operating accounts on behalf of minors.
- Falsifying age to gain access to the platform.
Reporting Mechanism
- All incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
- Users may report potential violations via the in-app reporting tool or by emailing us at contact@ping-date.com.
Prohibited Users
- Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, child neglect and child trafficking, are strictly barred from using Ping!.
Execution and Transparency
Enforcement Measures
- Any violation of this Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account sanctions.
- Ping! will cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigation based on the severity of each violation.
User Education
We provide child safety guidance to users through the following means:
- Posting this Child Safety Policy on the platform
- Displaying prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to prevent risky conduct
